في الرجل يتصدق على أمه بجارية
If a Person Gives His Mother a Slave Girl
Hadith 24870
٢٤٨٧٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن الحارث أن رجلا تصدق على أمه (بجارية) (١) ثم تزوج امرأة، فساقها إلى امرأته، فاختصموا إلى شريح فقال (لأمه) (٢): إن ابنك لم (يهبك) (٣) صدقته.
It is narrated from Hazrat Harith that a man gifted his mother a slave woman, then he married the woman and gave her to his wife. Then they took their dispute to Hazrat Shurayh. Hazrat Shurayh said to his mother: Surely, your son did not gift you as charity.
Hadith 24871
٢٤٨٧١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم أنه كان يجعلها لأمه، إلا أن (يأتى ببينة) (١) أنه أصدقها قبل أن (يتصدق) (٢) بها (عليها) (٣).
Ibrahim declared the slave woman to be the property of the mother, unless he brings a witness that he had given her as dowry before giving her as charity (gift).
