Hadith 24856
٢٤٨٥٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا هشيم عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في رجل ⦗٧١⦘ اشترى بيعا إلى شهر بكذا، وإلى شهرين بكذا، (فاستهلك) (١) (المبيع) (٢) قال: له أوكس الثمنين إلى أبعد الأجلين.
Ibrahim says regarding the person who buys a commodity for such an amount for one month and for such an amount for two months, then the commodity is destroyed: he said, the lesser of the two prices is binding upon him, and for him is the lesser price for the longer period.
Hadith 24857
٢٤٨٥٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أحمد بن إسحاق عن وهيب عن ابن طاوس عن أبيه قال: من باع بيعين إلى أجلين، فله أقل الثمنين إلى أبعد الأجلين.
Hazrat Tawus says that whoever makes two sales for two periods, the lesser price is for the longer period.
