If a Person Takes Goats as a Trust and Then Sells Them
Hadith 24787
٢٤٧٨٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عباد بن العوام عن الشيباني عن رجل استودع غنما فتناسلت عنده فباعها، قال: عليه (قيمتها) (١) يوم باعها.
Hazrat Shaibani (may Allah have mercy on him) says regarding the person who takes goats as a deposit, then those goats increase with him (their offspring increase), and he sells them, then the price on the day of sale is obligatory upon him.
