A Person Buys a Slave on Condition to Free Him
Hadith 24752
٢٤٧٥٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن هشام عن الحسن في الرجل يشتري المملوك على أن يعتقه فلا يفعل، (قال) (١): إن أعتقه وإلا رده.
It was asked from Hasan regarding a person who bought a slave on the condition of freedom, but then did not set him free? He replied: He should set him free, then return him.
