A Person Sells a Fixed Share of His House
Hadith 24721
٢٤٧٢١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (هشيم) (١) عن يونس عن الحسن قال: إذا (بيع) (٢) نصيب مسمى من (داره) (٣) جاز، فإن لم يكن مسمى لم يجز.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if one sells his specified share in the house, it is permissible, and if there is no specified share, then it is not permissible.
Hadith 24722
٢٤٧٢٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (هشيم) (١) عن عبيدة ومغيرة عن إبراهيم مثله.
It is also narrated in the same manner from Ibrahim.
