Hadith 24711
٢٤٧١١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو أسامة عن ابن عون عن محمد بن سيرين عن شريح قال: عهدة المسلم وإن لم يشترط: لاداء ولا غائلة ولا (خبث) (١) ولا شين.
Hazrat Shurayh says that it is obligatory upon a Muslim, even if it is not stipulated as a condition, that the sold item should not have any disease, should not be stolen, should not be unlawful wealth, and should not have any serious defect.
