A Person Says to Another: My Slave Is Yours
Hadith 24696
٢٤٦٩٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو أسامة عن حسين (المعلم) (١) عن مكحول في رجل قال لرجل: غلامي لك (ما) (٢) حييتَ، فإذا متَ فهو (حر) (٣)، قال: (جائز) (٤).
Hazrat Mak’hool says regarding the person who says to another, “My slave is yours as long as I am alive, then when I die, he is free,” he said this is permissible.
