Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Iyas bin Mu'awiyah says regarding the person who was bidding for something, that another person came and also intended to bid, but the previous bidder forbade him. So, Hazrat Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) is of the opinion that this is a contract.
