A Person Sells Cloth Saying: If You Take the Whole, It Is for This Price; If Half, Then for That Price
Hadith 24637
٢٤٦٣٧ - (حدثنا أبو بكر قال) (١): حدثنا أزهر عن ابن عون عن محمد قال: لا ⦗٧⦘ بأس بالثوب أن يقول الرجل: إن تأخذه كله فبعشرة، وإن أخذت نصفه (فبأحد) (٢) عشر.
Muhammad, may Allah have mercy on him, says that there is no harm if someone sells cloth in this manner: If you take the whole, then for ten dirhams; if you take half, then for eleven dirhams.
