A Person Sells Wheat for Cash and Then Requests Cancellation
Hadith 24613
٢٤٦١٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الصمد (بن) (١) عبد الوارث عن هشام الدستوائي عن حماد قال: لو بعت رجلا طعاما (بالحال) (٢)، فنقله إلى بيته ثم أقلته منه وقبضته في بيته، فإن شئت (بعته) (٣) منه بنسيئة.
Hazrat Hammad said: If I sell wheat to someone for cash, then he takes it to his house, then I make an agreement of cancellation (iqalah) with him and take possession of it at his house, then if I wish, can I sell it to him on credit? Hazrat Qatadah said: Do not buy it until you have transferred it to your own house.
