A Person Buys Something, Pays Part in Cash and the Rest on Credit
Hadith 24603
٢٤٦٠٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو أسامة عن هشام عن الحسن ومحمد أنهما (كانا) (١) لا يريان بأسا أن يشتري الرجل (البيع) (٢) (بعضه) (٣) بنقد وبعضه بنسيئة: ثم يبيعه مرابحة (قال) (٤): (علم) (٥) صاحبه منه مثل ما يعلم.
Hasan and Muhammad (may Allah have mercy on them) did not see any harm in a person buying something by paying part of the price in cash and part on credit, and then selling it on a murabaha basis. They said that the seller should disclose as much as he knows.
