Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Ibrahim says regarding the sick person that when he absolves the heir from the debt, the heir will be absolved.

It is narrated from Hazrat Hakam in the same manner.

Ibrahim says that every item of equal measure should be given and taken equally. If there is a difference in kind, then an increase or decrease can be made. Similarly, every edible thing should be equal in measure. However, if there is a difference in kind, then an increase or decrease can be made.
