A Washerman Seeks Help from the Owner and the Owner Beats the Clothes with Him
Hadith 24583
٢٤٥٨٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن آدم قال: حدثنا حسن (عن) (١) ابن أبي ليلى أنه قال: في قصار استعان (صاحب) (٢) الثوب فدق معه فخرق الثوب، قال: يضمن القصار.
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abi Laila that a cloth seller sought help from a washerman for cleaning; the owner also beat the cloth along with the washerman, then the cloth tore. He said: The washerman will be liable.
