Hadith 24579
٢٤٥٧٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (عبيد اللَّه) (١) قال: (أخبرنا) (٢) سفيان عن جابر قال: سألت الحكم والشعبي عن رجل استعار دابة فأكراها بدرهم، قال الحكم: الدرهم له.
Hazrat Jabir narrates that we inquired from Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on them) about a person who took an animal on credit and then rented it out; so whose will the rent be? Hazrat Hakam said: The rent will belong to him (the one who took the animal on credit), Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The rent will belong to the owner of the animal.
Hadith 24580
٢٤٥٨٠ - وقال الشعبي: الدرهم لصاحب الدابة.
24580 - Al-Sha'bi said: The dirham belongs to the owner of the animal.
