Hadith 24560
٢٤٥٦٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا معاذ بن معاذ عن أشعث عن الحسن في رجل اشترى علفا بوزن فقبضه بغير وزن فتلف العلف، (فقال) (١): هو من مال الذي اشتراه.
Hasan says regarding the person who buys fodder by weight, and takes possession of it without weighing, then the fodder is destroyed, he said: its destruction will be counted from the buyer's wealth. The same is narrated from Muhammad, may Allah have mercy on him.
Hadith 24561
٢٤٥٦١ - (قال) (١): وقال محمد: (٢) مثل هذا.
24561 - (He said) (1): And Muhammad said: (2) something like this.
