Hadith 23998
٢٣٩٩٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن أبي شيبة عن عيسى بن الحارث عن شريح أنه قال: في الشفعة على قدر الأنصباء.
Hazrat Shurayh says that pre-emption is according to the shares.
Hadith 23999
٢٣٩٩٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن جابر عن عامر.
The same is also narrated from Hazrat Ata.
Hadith 24000
٢٤٠٠٠ - وعن سفيان عن ابن جريج عن عطاء (قالا) (١): الشفعة بالحصص.
24000 - From Sufyan, from Ibn Jurayj, from Ata (they both said): Preemption is with shares.
Hadith 24001
٢٤٠٠١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن أشعث عن عامر قال: الشفعة على رؤوس (الرجال) (١).
Hazrat Aamir says that pre-emption is according to the number of people.
Hadith 24002
٢٤٠٠٢ - (١) [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو معاوية عن أشعث عن الشعبي قال: الشفعة على رؤوس الرجال] (٢).
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that pre-emption is according to the number of people, and Hasan says it is according to the shares.
Hadith 24003
٢٤٠٠٣ - وقال الحسن: هي على قدر الأنصباء.
24003 - Al-Hasan said: It is according to the shares.
Hadith 24004
٢٤٠٠٤ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: سمعت سفيان يقول: الشفعة والقسامة والعقل على رؤوس الرجال] (١).
Hazrat Sufyan says that pre-emption, division, and blood money are according to the number of men.
Hadith 24005
٢٤٠٠٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا زيد بن حباب عن أبي شيبة عن الحكم قال: هي على رؤوس الرجال.
Hazrat Hakam says that it depends on the people.
Hadith 24006
٢٤٠٠٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا معاذ عن أشعث عن الحسن قال: الشفعة على قدر الأنصباء.
Hasan says that pre-emption is according to the shares.
