Salam Sale in Fresh Food When the Partner Is Not Met
Hadith 23917
٢٣٩١٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد السلام بن حرب عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في رجل أسلم إلى رجل (في) (١) طعام حديث، فلم (يلقه) (٢) حتى صار حديث [ذلك (العام) (٣) (عتيقا) (٤)، قال: له حديث] (٥) سنته التي لقيه فيها.
Ibrahim said regarding a person who makes a salam sale of fresh food with another person, but then does not meet him and the food becomes old: He said, he should give the fresh food of the year in which the meeting took place. Hazrat Shurayh also said the same.
Hadith 23919
٢٣٩١٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم عن شريح قال: يعطيه حديث سنته التي (يتقاضاه) (١) فيها.
It is narrated in the same way from Hazrat Shurayh.
