Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Hakam states that the shroud will be arranged first (the shroud will be provided first), then the debt will be paid, and then the will shall be executed.

Ibrahim says: First the shroud will be given, then the debt will be paid, then the will shall be fulfilled, then the inheritance will be distributed.

Ibrahim says that the arrangements for shrouding and burial will be made before the repayment of the debt.

It is narrated from Hasan in the same manner.

Hasan says that the shroud will be arranged before the repayment of the debt.

Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) said: First, arrangements will be made for the shroud, then for the debt, and then the will shall be executed.
