الرجل يسلم في الطعام
Salam Sale in Food Items
Hadith 23718
٢٣٧١٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في الرجل يسلم إلى الرجل في الطعام، فيحل الأجل فيجيء. (إليه) (١) فيقول: هذا طعامك قد كلته فخذه، قال (إبراهيم) (٢): لا يأخذه حتى يعيد كيله.
It is narrated from Ibrahim that a person made a sale of salam with another for some food. When the appointed time arrived, that person came and said, "Here is your food, I have measured it, so take delivery of it." Ibrahim says that until he measures it again, he should not take delivery.
Hadith 23719
٢٣٧١٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا (ضابئ) (١) بن (عمرو) (٢) قال: سألت سالم بن عبد اللَّه عن الرجل يسلم إلى الرجل في الطعام ⦗٣١٨⦘ فيجيء إلى (المداسة) (٣) فيأخذه ويقول: (اشتر) (٤) مني، قال: من شاء خادع نفسه، (يقبضه) (٥) ثم يبيعه إن شاء.
Hazrat Dabi bin Amr narrates that I asked Hazrat Salim bin Abdullah: A person made a sale of salam (forward sale) with another in food, then he came to the place of delivery and received it, and then said, "Buy this from me." What is the ruling on this? He replied: Whoever wishes, let him deceive himself. He said: Take possession, then if you wish, sell it.
