Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person buys a slave-girl who has a defect, and after coming to the buyer another defect appears in her, then the second defect nullifies the first defect (he does not have the option to return her).

Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a new illness appears in it, other than the one that was concealed from him, then the amount of money that is reduced due to the illness will be deducted.

Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that the illness will be returned in exchange for the illness, and if a new defect appears, it will be counted in the buyer's property, and the seller will return the value of the defect to the buyer.

Hazrat Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) says that it will be counted from the buyer's property and the seller will return the price of the defect.
