Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) say that if a man commits adultery with a woman, he cannot marry her daughter or her mother.

Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man commits adultery with a woman, then her daughter becomes forbidden for him, and if he commits adultery with her daughter, then her mother becomes forbidden for him.

Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) say that if a man commits adultery with a woman, then her daughter is not lawful for him.

Hazrat Abdullah bin Musbah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I asked Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) if a man committed adultery with a slave woman, can he marry her mother? He replied: He cannot.
