Hadith 18600
١٨٦٠٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن (العلاء) (١) بن عبد الكريم (اليامي) (٢) عن عمار بن عمران رجل من زيد اللَّه عن امرأة منهم عن عائشة أنها شوفت جارية وطافت بها وقالت: لعلنا (نصطاد) (٣) بها (٤) شباب قريش (٥).
A woman from Banu Zaid narrates that Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) once adorned a slave girl and came out with her, saying, "Through her, we will attract the young men of the Quraysh." (The meaning is that the girl's beauty and adornment could make it easier for her to get married. Due to the narrator being unknown, this narration is weak.)
Hadith 18601
١٨٦٠١ - حدثنا وكيع (قال) (١): نا أسامة بن زيد عن أبي حازم عن سهل بن ⦗٦٤⦘ (سعد) (٢) الساعدي أنهم مروا عليه بجارية قد زينت قال: فدعا بها و (نظر) (٣) إليها وأجلسها في حجره ومسح على رأسها ودعا لها بالبركة (٤).
Hazrat Abu Hazim (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that some people passed by Hazrat Sahl bin Sa'di (may Allah be pleased with him) with their well-groomed daughter. He called her, looked at her, seated her beside him, placed his hand on her head, and prayed for blessings for her.
Hadith 18602
١٨٦٠٢ - حدثنا (وكيع) (١) قال: (نا) (٢) أسامة بن زيد عن بعض أشياخه قال: قال عمر: إذا أراد أحد منكم أن يحسن (الجارية) (٣) (فليزينها) (٤) (وليطوف) (٥) بها (٦) يتعرض بها رزق اللَّه (٧).
Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) says that if any of you wishes to do good to his daughter, he should prepare her and bring her out; Allah Almighty's sustenance will come for her. (That is, she will get married.)
