١٨٤٨٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن فضيل عن عبيدة عن إبراهيم قال: إذا (نكح) (١) المرأة الولي فلم ترض، ثم رضيت بعد لم يصلح ذلك النكاح حتى يكون نكاح جديد.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a guardian marries off a woman but she is not pleased, and later she becomes pleased, then the previous marriage is not valid; a new marriage must be conducted.
