If a Master Permits His Slave to Marry, He Is Responsible for Her Maintenance
Hadith 18477
١٨٤٧٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر (قال: نا (١) أبو بكر) (٢) بن عياش عن الشيباني عن الشعبي في العبد يتزوج بإذن مولاه (قال: عليه) (٣) النفقة.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a master gives permission to his slave to marry, then the maintenance (nafaqah) will be obligatory upon him (the slave).
