Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a woman accepts Islam and her husband, who is a Jew, Christian, or Magian, does not accept Islam, then until consummation takes place, she will not receive anything.

Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: He will not receive anything.

Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said that separation will be established between the two, and the woman will receive half the dowry.

Hazrat Hammad (may Allah have mercy on him) says that this woman will receive half the dowry.

Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: If a Christian woman is married to a non-believing man and the woman accepts Islam while her husband refuses to accept Islam, what is the ruling? Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid (may Allah have mercy on him) replied: In my opinion, separation will be established between them. If the man has consummated the marriage, the woman will receive the full dowry, and if consummation has not taken place, the woman will return the received wealth.

Hazrat Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that this woman will receive half the dowry.
