Ruling if a Man Marries a Woman, Consummates, Then Learns She Is His Foster Sister
Hadith 18401
١٨٤٠١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: (نا) (١) عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد عن قتادة عن الحسن في رجل (تزوج) (٢) (امرأة) (٣) ثم دخل بها ثم مات، ثم قامت (البينة) (٤) أنها أخته من الرضاعة قال: لها الصداق ولا ميراث لها.
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked about a man who married a woman, had lawful intercourse with her, then he died, and afterwards it was established by testimony that the woman was his foster sister. What is the ruling? He replied: The woman will receive the dowry, but she will not receive inheritance.
