Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) says that in the case of seclusion, the woman will be entitled to half the dowry, even if the husband sits between her two legs.

Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that when a man divorces a woman before consummation, she will receive half the dowry, whether he has been alone with her or not.

Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) states that in the case of seclusion, the woman will be entitled to half the dowry.

Hazrat Sha'bi narrates that a man said to Hazrat Shurayh, "I married a woman, she stayed with me for eight years, then I divorced her without having a lawful meeting with her." He replied that the woman will receive half the dowry.

Hazrat Sha'bi says that in the case of seclusion, the woman will be entitled to half the dowry.
