Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Yunus was asked whether, during istibra, a master can derive pleasure from places other than the private part of a slave woman or not? He replied that Hazrat Ibn Sirin considered every kind of pleasure during istibra to be disliked, whereas Hasan did not see any harm in kissing.

Hazrat Ikrimah says that if a person buys a very young slave girl, there is no harm in touching her before istibra.

Hazrat Iyas bin Mu'awiyah says that if a person buys a very young slave girl, of such an age that intercourse is not done with girls of that age, then the owner can have intercourse with her without istibra.

Hazrat Qatadah has considered istibra (waiting period) as disliked up to the point of kissing.

Ayub Lakhmi narrates that in the battle of Jalula, a slave girl came into the share of Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both). Her neck was like a silver decanter. He kissed her.
