Ruling if a Purchased Slave Woman is Menstruating
Hadith 17463
١٧٤٦٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر عن هشيم عن يونس عن الحسن أنه كان يقول: إذا اشتراها وهي حائض فليستبرئها بحيضة أخرى.
Hasan used to say that if a menstruating slave-girl is purchased, then one should wait for another menstrual period to ensure she is free from pregnancy.
Hadith 17464
١٧٤٦٤ - حدثنا هشيم عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: إن شاء اجتزأ بهذه الحيضة.
Ibrahim says that if he wishes, he can consider this menstruation sufficient.
