Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

According to Hasan and Hazrat Ata, there is no harm in marrying "Naharīyāt." ("Naharīyāt" refers to such women regarding whom the husband stipulates that he will meet them only during the day and their share in the division will be only during the day.)

According to Hasan, there is no harm in marrying women who have recently become free.

According to Hazrat Hammad, it is disliked to marry women who have recently become free from menstruation.
