Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) says that if, after the woman’s emancipation, the husband has intercourse with her, then his right of choice will be terminated.

Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) says that if, after the emancipation of a woman, her husband has intercourse with her, then her option (of separation) will end.

Hazrat Qatadah narrates that Ummul Momineen Hazrat Hafsa freed a slave woman and said that if your husband has intercourse with you, then your choice will be terminated.

Hazrat Sulayman bin Yasar says that if, after a woman’s emancipation, her husband has intercourse with her, then his right of choice will be terminated.

Hazrat Abu Qalabah and Hazrat Nafi' state that if, after the woman's emancipation, the husband has intercourse with her, then his right of choice will be terminated.

Ibrahim says: After the woman is set free, if the husband has intercourse with her, then her choice will be terminated.
