Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Abu Maisarah says that the slave women of the People of the Book are like their free women.

Hasan says that it is permissible for this Ummah to marry free women from the People of the Book, but it is not permissible to marry their slave women.

Hazrat Mak’hool has considered marriage with slave women of the People of the Book as disliked (makrooh).

Hazrat Mujahid, in the commentary of the verse { مِنْ فَتَیَاتِکُمَ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ } of the Holy Quran, states that it is not permissible for a free Muslim to marry a slave woman from the People of the Book.
