Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Ibn Musayyib and Hasan state that if a person marries a Christian or Jewish woman while having a Muslim wife, he will maintain equality between the two.

Hazrat Zuhri says that he will maintain equality between the two of them.

Ibrahim says that he will maintain equality between the two of them just as equality is maintained between free women.

Hazrat Sha'bi says that if a man marries a Muslim woman and a Jewish or Christian woman, he will maintain equality between them in the division of wealth and life.

Hazrat Shu’bah says that I asked Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad about this matter, so they said that in distribution, both of them are equal.
