Hadith 16613
١٦٦١٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص بن غياث عن حجاج قال: كان الحكم وأصحابنا يقولون في المحرم يكون به القروح في جسده ورأسه (فيداويها) (١) بالطيب؟ قالوا: فيه (كفارتان) (٢)، كفارة في رأسه، وكفارة في جسده.
Hazrat Hakam and our companions state that if a Muhrim has a wound on his body or head and applies a fragrant medicine to it, then two expiations are required for him: one expiation is due to applying the medicine on the head, and the other expiation is due to applying the medicine on the body.
Hadith 16614
١٦٦١٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن حجاج قال: عليه كفارة واحدة.
Hazrat Hajjaj says that only one expiation is obligatory for this.
