Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Mujahid and Hazrat Ata say that one should not put on the Ihram for Hajj until he sets out towards Mina.

Hazrat Ismail bin Abdul Malik narrates that Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair set out walking on the eighth of Dhul-Hijjah; I was with him. He entered the mosque and performed two rak'ahs, then he left the mosque, and when he set out for Mina, he began reciting the Talbiyah.
