Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

It was asked from Hazrat Ata whether if a person catches game from outside the boundaries of Haram and then slaughters it within the boundaries of Haram, what is the ruling? He replied that Hazrat Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), and Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to dislike this.

Hazrat Ata and Hazrat Tawus disliked that a person would catch game outside and then take it into the boundaries of the Haram to slaughter it.

Hazrat Jabir did not consider it objectionable for a halal person to hunt outside the boundaries of the Haram and then go inside the boundaries of the Haram to eat it. The narrator states that Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) disliked this.
