Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

It is narrated from Hazrat Saeed bin Al-Musayyib that Hazrat Umar sent back those women who came to perform Hajj or Umrah during their waiting period (iddah).

Hazrat Saeed bin Al-Musayyib says that a woman whose husband has passed away and a woman who is divorced should neither perform Hajj nor Umrah, nor should she wear clothes dyed with saffron.

It is narrated from Hazrat Mujahid that Hazrat Umar and Hazrat Uthman sent back those women who came to perform Hajj or Umrah until they completed their waiting period ('iddah) in their homes.
