Those who permit stoning before sunrise
Hadith 15209
١٥٢٠٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد العزيز بن عبد الصمد العمي عن عطاء ابن السائب قال: رأيت أبا جعفر رمى الجمرة قبل طلوع الشمس.
Hazrat Ata bin Saib says that I saw Hazrat Abu Ja'far performing Rami before sunrise, and Hazrat Ata, Hazrat Tawus, Hazrat Mujahid, Hazrat Nakha'i, Hazrat Amir, and Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair would perform Rami whenever they came, and they did not consider there to be any harm in it.
Hadith 15211
١٥٢١١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن ليث عن عطاء أنه كان لا يرى بأسًا أن يرمي الرجل جمرة العقبة قبل أن تطلع الشمس.
Hazrat Ata did not consider it objectionable to perform the stoning of Jamrah Aqabah before sunrise.
Hadith 15212
١٥٢١٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو خالد الأحمر عن عبيد اللَّه بن عمر عن القاسم عن عائشة (قال) (١): قالت: وددت أني كنت استأذنت رسول اللَّه ﷺ كما أستأذنته سودة أن تأتي منى بليل وترمي من قبل أن يأتي الناس، فأذن لها وكانت (امرأة) (٢) ثبطة ثقيلة (٣).
Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that I wished to seek permission from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) just as Hazrat Sawda had sought permission from him to come to Mina at night and perform the stoning before the arrival of the people, and the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) granted her permission because she was heavy-bodied.
Hadith 15213
١٥٢١٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن نمير عن عبيد اللَّه بن (عمر عن نافع عن عبد اللَّه بن) (١) عبد اللَّه قال: كان ابن عمر يبعث بصبيانه ليلة المزدلفة فيصلون الصبح بمنى، (ويرمون) (٢) الجمرة قبل أن يأتي الناس (٣).
It is narrated from Abdullah bin Abdullah that Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) sent his children to Mina on the night of Muzdalifah. They performed the Fajr prayer in Mina and did the stoning (Rami) before the people arrived.
