Entering Makkah with slaves without ihram
Hadith 14751
١٤٧٥١ - (١) حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا زيد بن (حباب) (٢) عن حماد عن (عبيد اللَّه) (٣) عن نافع عن ابن عمر: أنه كان يدخل (غلمانه) (٤) الحرم بغير إحرام ينتفع بهم (٥).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) used to send his slaves into Makkah without Ihram (the sacred state for pilgrimage), and then he would benefit from them (in his work and other matters).
Hadith 14752
١٤٧٥٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عمر بن علي بن عطاء بن مقدم عن هشام ابن عروة: أن أباه كان يدخل غلمانه الحرم وهم غير محرمين.
Hazrat Urwah used to allow his slaves to enter Makkah without Ihram.
Hadith 14753
١٤٧٥٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (معاذ بن معاذ عن) (١) أشعث عن الحسن: أنه كان لا يرى بأسًا أن يمنع الرجل غلامه من الإحرام.
Hasan did not see any harm in a man preventing his slave from entering into Ihram, and Ibn Sirin said: I do not know whether this is considered an act of kindness.
Hadith 14755
١٤٧٥٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا معن بن عيسى عن خالد بن أبي بكر قال: رأيت سالمًا يخرج غلمانه إلى الحج، فلا يحرمون من ذي الحليفة، يحرمون من أمام ذلك.
Hazrat Khalid bin Abu Bakr says that I saw Hazrat Salim whose slaves were taken out for Hajj, so they did not enter into Ihram from Dhul-Hulaifah; rather, they entered into Ihram ahead of it.
Hadith 14756
١٤٧٥٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا معن بن عيسى عن (زيد) (١) بن السائب قال: رأيت خارجة (بن) (٢) زيد يخرج غلمانه، (فيهلون) (٣) معه من ذي الحليفة.
Hazrat Zaid bin Sa’ib narrates that I saw Hazrat Kharijah bin Zaid bringing out his slaves, then he entered into Ihram with them from Dhul-Hulaifah.
