في الرجل يقدم يوم عرفة معتمرا فيحل أيقع على النساء؟
If someone performing ‘umrah becomes lawful on the Day of ‘Arafah, can he approach his wife?
Hadith 14716
١٤٧١٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن ابن جريج عن الحسن ابن مسلم عن طاوس في الرجل يقدم معتمرًا يوم عرفة فيطوف بالبيت ويسعى بين الصفا والمروة، قال: لا يأتي (النساء) (١) والناس وقوف بعرفة.
Hazrat Tawus says regarding the person who comes on the Day of Arafah with the intention of Umrah, and he performs the Tawaf of the House of Allah and then performs the Sa’i between Safa and Marwah (and becomes halal), that when people are at the standing of Arafah, he should not go near his women.
Hadith 14717
١٤٧١٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن ابن جريج عن عطاء قال: لا بأس به.
Hazrat Ata says that if he comes, there is no harm in it.
