If someone begins sa‘i between Safa and Marwah before tawaf
Hadith 14468
١٤٤٦٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن جعفر (عن) (١) أشعث عن الحسن قال: لا يعتد به؛ يطوف بالبيت ثم يطوف بين الصفا والمروة، فإن لم يفعل حتى (يمسي) (٢)، قال: قد قضى (ما) (٣) عليه ولا شيء عليه.
Hasan says that it will not be counted; he should first perform Tawaf and then perform Sa’i between Safa and Marwah, and if he does not do so until he travels (forgets or returns), then he says that what was obligatory upon him has been fulfilled and there is nothing upon him.
Hadith 14469
١٤٤٦٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن مهدي عن سفيان عن ابن (جريج) (١) عن عطاء في رجل بدأ بالصفا والمروة قبل البيت قال: يعيد.
Hazrat Ata says regarding the person who performs Sa'i between Safa and Marwah before Tawaf, he said that he should repeat it.
