Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hasan says that his ‘Umrah will be in the month in which he became halal.

Hazrat Tawus says that his Umrah will be in the month in which he entered the Haram.

Hasan, Hazrat Ata and Hazrat Hakam state that if a person puts on the Ihram for Umrah in one month and then performs Tawaf in another month, then his Umrah will be considered in the month in which he performed the Tawaf.

Hazrat Qatadah says that his Umrah will be in the month in which he put on the Ihram.

Hazrat Ata says that his Umrah will be counted in that month in which the Talbiyah was recited.

Ibrahim says that his Umrah will be in the month in which he entered into Ihram.

Hazrat Hafsa bint Sirin says that my brothers and I put on the Ihram for Umrah in Ramadan, but for some reason we were detained until the month of Shawwal arrived. We inquired about this from the people of Makkah; all of them told us that this is Hajj Tamattu.

Hazrat Ata says that his Umrah will be in the month in which he tied the Ihram.
