If someone looks at the Ka‘bah when leaving, and those who disliked this act
Hadith 14044
١٤٠٤٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا مروان بن معاوية عن رباح بن أبي معروف عن عطاء عن ابن عباس أنه (كره) (١) قيام الرجل على باب المسجد إذا أراد الإنصراف إلى أهله منحرفًا نحو الكعبة ينظر إليها ويدعو، وقال: اليهود يفعلون ذلك (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) disliked that when a person was about to return, he would stand at the door of the mosque, face the Ka'bah, and supplicate, and he used to say that the Jews used to do this.
Hadith 14045
١٤٠٤٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا مروان بن معاوية عن عثمان بن الأسود عن مجاهد قال: سمعته ورأى رجلًا يلتفت إلى الكعبة عند باب المسجد فنهاه وقال: اليهود يفعلون هذا.
Hazrat Mujahid saw a man standing at the door of the mosque and looking towards the Ka'bah. He forbade him from this act and said that the Jews used to do so.
