ما قالوا: من أين يقام من (الصفا والمروة)؟
Where to stand at Safa and Marwah
Hadith 14038
١٤٠٣٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص بن غياث عن ابن جريج ⦗٩٨⦘ عن عطاء قال: كان النبي ﷺ (يسند) (١) في الصفا والمروة (يقوم عند المروة) (٢) البيضاء (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ata that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ascended the Safa and Marwah hills, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) stood at Al-Bayda near Marwah.
Hadith 14039
١٤٠٣٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن ابن أبي نجيح عن أبيه قال: أخبرني من رأى عثمان بن عفان واقفًا عند الحوض الأسفل من الصفا (١).
Hazrat Uthman bin Affan stood near the lower cistern at the Safa hill.
Hadith 14040
١٤٠٤٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن إسرائيل عن جابر عن ابن سابط أن عمر كان يجعل (الذي) (١) كأنه مبرك بعير على فخذه الأيمن يعني في المروة (٢).
Hazrat Umar used to stand on the right side of the place where the camels sit on the Marwah hill.
Hadith 14041
١٤٠٤١ - حدثنا أبو (بكر) (١) قال: حدثنا وكيع عن إسرائيل عن جابر (عن) (٢) عبد الرحمن بن الأسود أن أباه كان يقوم عند المروة عند (الذي) (٣) كأنه مبرك بعير وفي الصفا في (المكان) (٤) المنحفر.
Hazrat Aswad would stand at the place where the camels sat on the Marwah hill, and at the excavated house on the Safa hill.
Hadith 14042
١٤٠٤٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن إسرائيل عن جابر عن عكرمة أنه كان يقوم دون (الذي) (١) كأنه مبرك بعير ويقوم من الصفا أسفل من المكان المنحفر.
Hazrat Ikrimah would stand a little away from the place where the camels sit on Marwah, and would stand below the excavated house on the Safa hill.
Hadith 14043
١٤٠٤٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (١) حميد بن عبد الرحمن عن حسين بن عقيل عن الضحاك قال: يصعد على الصفا حتى ينظر إلى البيت.
Hazrat Dhahhak says that the one performing Sa'i should ascend Safa until the Ka'bah becomes visible to him.
