Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Ibrahim says that if a person forgets to stone the Jamrah Aqabah on the Day of Sacrifice until evening comes, then he should perform the stoning the next day and offer a sacrifice (dam) due to this delay.

Hazrat Ata said that if a person deliberately delays the stoning of Jamrah Aqabah until the evening, then a sacrifice (dam) becomes obligatory upon him, and he should perform the stoning the next day.

Hazrat Sha’bah says that I asked Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Salim: If a person forgets to perform the Rami of one or two Jamarat, or forgets to throw one or two pebbles, then what should he do? Both of them replied: He must offer a sacrifice (Dam).

Hasan was asked if a person misses the stoning of one Jamrah, he replied that he should feed a poor person.
