في الرجل يكون أهله بينه وبين الوقت من أين يهل؟
Where should one don ihram if his family lives within the miqat?
Hadith 13925
١٣٩٢٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن ابن طاوس عن أبيه رفعه قال: من كان (أهله) (١) (دون) (٢) (الميقات) (٣) أهل من حيث ينشئ، حتى يأتي ذلك على أهل مكة (٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Tawoos in a marfoo’ form that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever’s family resides within the miqat, he should enter into ihram from the place where he was born and raised, until he comes to the people of Makkah.
Hadith 13926
١٣٩٢٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن ليث عن طاوس وعطاء ومجاهد قالوا: إن كان أهله بين الوقت وبين مكة أهل من أهله.
Hazrat Tawus, Hazrat Ata, and Hazrat Mujahid state that if a person's family resides between Makkah and the Miqat, then he should assume Ihram from his family's place.
Hadith 13927
١٣٩٢٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن هشام عن الحسن أنه كان لا يرى بأسا إذا كان أهله دون الميقات أن يحرم من أهله.
Hasan says that there is no harm if a person's house is within the miqat, then he may enter into ihram from his house.
Hadith 13928
١٣٩٢٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن إدريس عن ابن جريج عن عطاء قال: إن كان (أهله) (١) دون الميقات أهل من حيث ينشئ.
Hazrat Ata says that if a person's family resides within the Miqat, then he should enter into Ihram from the place where he was born.
