في المحرم ينتف إبطه ويقلم أظفاره ما عليه
If a muhrim removes armpit hair or cuts nails, what is required of him?
Hadith 13923
١٣٩٢٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص بن غياث عن ليث عن طاوس عن ابن عباس أنه كان ينتف من عينيه الشعر وهو محرم (١).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) plucked (eyelash) hair from his eyes while in the state of Ihram.
Hadith 13924
١٣٩٢٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا حفص عن ليث عن عطاء وطاوس ومجاهد أنهم قالوا في المحرم إذا نتف إبطه أو قلم أظفاره: فإن عليه الفدية.
Hazrat Ata, Hazrat Tawus, and Hazrat Mujahid state regarding a person in the state of Ihram that if he removes the hair of his armpits or cuts his nails, then there is a penalty (fidyah) upon him.
