في المحرم يواقع مرة بعد مرة ما عليه
If a muhrim repeatedly has marital relations with his wife, what is required of him?
Hadith 13867
١٣٨٦٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا هشيم عن ابن أبي ليلى عن عطاء أنه سئل عن المحرم يواقع ثم يعود، قال: عليه هدي واحد.
It was asked from Hazrat Ata that if a Muhrim, after committing the legal intercourse once, does it again for the second time, then what? He replied that only one sacrifice is obligatory upon him.
Hadith 13868
١٣٨٦٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن أبي عدي عن أشعث عن الحسن في محرم غشي امرأته مرارًا، قال: إذا فعل ذلك قبل أن ينسك ويعلم ما عليه فعليه هدي واحد.
Hasan was asked about a pilgrim who has intercourse with his wife consecutively. He replied: If he did so before offering the sacrifice, and he knew what was obligatory upon him, yet he did this act, then only one sacrifice is required of him.
