Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Sha'bi says that if a Muhrim (person in the state of Ihram) forces his Mahram wife into a lawful meeting (intercourse), then two sacrifices are obligatory upon the man: one on his own behalf and one on behalf of his wife. And if the wife also consents, then a camel is obligatory upon each of them, and performing the Hajj again the following year is also obligatory.

Hasan and Hazrat Ata regarding Muharram say that if a husband forces his wife into a lawful meeting, then the expiation of the wife is also upon him, and if the wife is also consenting, then expiation is upon both.

It was asked from Hazrat Ata that if a man, while in the state of ihram, forces his wife and has lawful intercourse with her, he said: He must make her perform Hajj again at his own expense.
