When one has conjugal relations with his wife while in ihram
Hadith 13567
١٣٥٦٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا ابن نمير عن حجاج عن عطاء عن ابن عباس (قال) (١): يحرمان من المكان الذي أحدثا فيه (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) says that they will enter into Ihram from the place where they had invalidated the Ihram.
Hadith 13568
١٣٥٦٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا بن فضيل عن ليث عن مجاهد وعطاء، قالا: يحرمان من المكان الذي أحرما.
Hazrat Mujahid and Hazrat Ata say that one will assume Ihram from the same place where Ihram was previously assumed.
Hadith 13569
١٣٥٦٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا أبو خالد الأحمر عن يحيى بن سعيد (عن سعيد) (١) ابن المسيب قال: إذا كان قابلا أهلا من حيث بيانا أهلًا بحجهما الذي أفسدا.
Hazrat Saeed bin Al-Musayyib says that when the next year comes, they should enter into Ihram from the same place where they had invalidated their Ihram.
